Coaching for all four phases of the Ideal Protein protocol
There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
I had tried many other diets in the past and had some success but not lasting success. I believe that because of the structure, meeting once a week with a coach, and the immediate results is what helped me stay motivated. It was and still is a journey...
